We’re Here for You

Beginning your journey to get sober can cause unwanted stress to occur, making it a challenge to remain free from using substances. Not only are you changing your daily behaviors, but often you are changing friend groups, where you live and possibly your employment. This can bring up many difficult emotions to handle, that would usually result in the desire to re-engage with one's addiction to help cope with these feelings.

We refer to our recovery coaches (a.k.a Sober Coaches) as Recovery Navigators because they really provide navigation to clients in early recovery by offering education, support, and accountability needed for long term recovery. Some of these areas include: stress management, establishing balance and rhythm in daily life, managing emotions, career support and guidance, mindfulness/meditation practices, connecting with local support groups (12-Step or other), and generally helping clients deal with life on life’s terms without re-engaging in their addiction.

Entelechy Recovery assesses the age, gender, background, addiction history, and needs of each client and matches them to a Recovery Coach or Sober Coach. Individualized plans are set for clients including how often they meet with their coach. Coaches and clients typically meet more often in the beginning and then less often as the client becomes more established in their recovery program.
